Hi! I`m Linn from Sweden and i had so many excuses to not start training. I was tired and unmotivated. Now I am leading my own fitnessclasses. Modern life has brought numerous conveniences and advancements, but it has also created new problems and challenges. We are moving less and getting more health related diseases. You don´t have to go to sweaty gym or pay a fortune for a gymcard you only use 2 times.
